Fun in the almost sun... winter please end.

We decided to burn some energy and have some fun this weekend. We all went swimming. Jack and Kate have turned into quite the fish. Bryn is not quite at the fish stage yet, but a super trooper. She took a nap while everyone was in the pool. Here are some pictures from the day.

Bryn's "bath" and more

It was an exciting weekend at the Moch house. Jack waited in great anticipation for the big day. He told everyone grandma and grandpa were coming for Bryn's "bath". Kate kindly told him that it was Bryn's baptism. Here is Bryn in the family baptismal gown. Ann actually wore the same gown for her baptism. It is certainly an antique (not that Ann is an antique:)
Arriving home from the baptism. Bryn is in good spirits. She did a great job in church.

Bryn wouldn't give us the smile we hoped for in this shot. She was too busy chewing on her fist.

Our "super neighbors" Deb and Jim are Bryn's Godparents. They thought they could get rid of us. Deb always joked the third baby was going to be hers. I am not sure if Jim was in on the agreement.

Father Abraham presided over the baptism. Bryn loves a bath so she was a great participant.

Bryn came to church with tights on (it is Minnesota in the winter) but went home without them. She had a large blow out moments before her baptism.

Ready to go!

Here is Bryn and Grandma Maureen playing cards. Look at that sweet little grin. This girl has some Vosberg blood in her (she already enjoys playing cards).

Kate and a little cheese. She is getting big-- picking out her own clothes, doing her hair and actually looking semi-normal when completing the above.

Sisterly bond.

What's a weekend without the dogs? Molly and Zoe came with grandma and grandpa. Kate was greeted at the door on Friday when she arrived home from school.

Because it has been a while...

I was recently reminded that Bryn's life was not be captured at a rapid enough rate. For that person, here is my update. Bryn just went to the doctor and is doing great. She was 11 lbs on the dot and doing great. Here are some pictures to entertain you a bit. Love these wide eyes because you know she is checking out what is going on around her.
Attempting a little three child photo.............hmmmm

Better, but blurry... I don't think it is going to happen. Is this why photographers should make lots of money?

Bryn is very intrigued by her big sister. Kate calls her "wide eyes" all the time. This is a classic shot, as Bryn spends much of her time searching out the older siblings.

The cheesy grins are starting to erupt more often. Hey, I am not say they are the most flattering pictures we have of the girl, but they do crack you up when you see them.

The rolls come marching in. We are working hard to accent her greatest feature, chin number two. We are excited to see when number 3 will arrive.

Big brother, Jack, doing his duty.

Snuggling

Jack loves his train set. I don't necessarily love it spread from one end of the living room to the next. He is getting pretty good at assembling the track on his own. (Notice life in his pjs? He may be mad at us later in life when he realizes he has only ever worn pajamas in every picture we take.)

Loving life since my return...

Life has been a little crazy since I was in Indianapolis for work. I have been playing a lot of catch up back at work. I said I must update the blog before Bryn turns a year old, so here she is only 8 weeks old. She has been more and more smiley every day. She loves to hear Kate and Jack around her. She looks for their voices and just smiles when they are in the room (this I imagine is a good sign-- as you don't know what the future holds for the youngest).
Cheesy smiles.

So, when I said I am playing catch up. I am not kidding. I had to strap Bryn in and reply to emails while kneeling on the floor at our bed. Normally, I would not put such an "interesting" picture of me in, but it was also mismatch and crazy hair day at school, so I thought it was fine.

Jack has been under the weather the last few days. Here he is standing up beside the couch, yet sleeping at the same time. You have to love the kid's drive and determination (or stubbornness- which ever you would like to call it). OK, enough for now. Maybe I will get the rest of the weeks pictures in tomorrow.
